Position Title:
Local Program Teacher (LPT) – SERRC 21st Century Community Learning Center Program
Position Characteristics:
The Local Program Teacher is the instructor for SERRC’s 21st Century Afterschool K-2 Literacy Program at Dillingham Elementary, Middle and High School. The instructor will perform all duties ensuring responsibilities have been fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner. The Program Coordinator/Director supervises this position.
Position Qualifications:
B.A. or B.S.
Alaska Teaching Certificate
Experience teaching and managing K-2 students, preferred
Flexible, team oriented, collaborative
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Experience with student assessments
