The Food Service Worker assists in the preparation and service of nutritious meals for students and staff while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Duties include food preparation, serving meals, operating kitchen equipment, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and supporting inventory and meal count procedures. The position requires the ability to work as part of a team, follow health regulations, interact positively with students and staff, and perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and repetitive motions.
For the right candidate, this position could be combined with a cross-posted custodial position to make a full-time position.
