POSITION/RESPONSIBILITIES:               

• Responsible for directing the maintenance, repair, and operation of district buildings and equipment
• Maintain district vehicles
• Supervise all capital projects
• Manage district bus operation
• Generates, reviews, and analyzes work orders; coordinate work orders with appropriate departments
• Bus driving is a required component of this position.  CCSD is willing to train qualified applicants to obtain the necessary certifications and endorsements.    

CONTRACT LEGNTH:     12 months (260 days)

SALARY:      Starting at $ 75,000 annually.  Salary placement may be negotiated depending on verified years of relevant experience. 

BENEFITS:

• Full family medical, dental, and vision with Public Education Health Trust (PEHT).  This position follows the certified staff premium contributions for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 school years will be as follows:
  • Medical Plan A / Dental Plan B:  6% employee contribution
  • Medical Plan C / Dental Plan B:  4% employee contribution
  • Medical Plan E / Dental Plan B:  2% employee contribution
  • Medical Plan G / Dental Plan B:  0% employee contribution
• Annual Leave - 20 days
• Personal Leave - 5 days
• Sick Leave - 1.33 days/month (when majority of the month worked)
• State retirement plan
• Seven (7) paid holidays

QUALIFICATIONS:                                 

• Supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of building construction/trades and renovation requirements and activities
• Ability to research, calculate, and provide cost estimate information
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and schedule work for multiple crafts and/or trades
• Interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and positive relationships with others
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills at all levels
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet critical deadlines
