REQUIREMENTS

·            Baccalaureate degree in appropriate academic field.

·            Alaska Initial, Professional, Master, or Type M Teaching Certificate as appropriate to assignment. 

·            Certificate of Health signed by a licensed physician. 

·            Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding school district related matters, students, families, and staff. 

·            Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

·            Caseload note: This position primarily serves PreK–5 students at Craig Elementary School (CES); however, caseloads may include middle school students based on enrollment and program needs.  CCSD is committed to maintaining fair and manageable caseloads, ensuring an equitable distribution of students and services across all special education staff.

SALARY                           190 days per CEA Negotiated Agreement
