REQUIREMENTS:
- Baccalaureate degree in appropriate academic field
- Alaska Initial, Professional, or Master Teaching Certificate as appropriate to assignment
- Certificate of Health signed by a licensed physician.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding school district related matters, students, families, and staff
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
SALARY: Per CEA Negotiated Agreement
BENEFITS:
- Full family medical, dental, and vision with Public Education Health Trust (PEHT). Per the CEA Negotiated Agreement, the certified staff premium contributions for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 school years will be as follows:

- Medical Plan C / Dental Plan B: 4% employee contribution
- Medical Plan E / Dental Plan B: 2% employee contribution
- Medical Plan G / Dental Plan B: 0% employee contribution
- TRS - State of Alaska Teachers Retirement System
- Personal Leave - 5 days per year
- Sick Leave - Per Alaska Statute 4 AAC 15.040 and AS 14.14.107
